2. FINALITÀ E BASE GIURIDICA DEL TRATTAMENTO

I dati di natura personale forniti saranno trattati, nel rispetto delle condizioni di liceità ex art. 6 del Reg. UE 2016/679, per le seguenti finalità:

  • navigazione sul presente sito internet: legittimo interesse (art. 6 paragrafo 1 lett. f)) quale base giuridica del trattamento;

  • eventuale richiesta di contatto o richiesta di disponibilità, con invio di informazioni da Lei richieste: legittimo interesse (art. 6 paragrafo 1 lett. f)) quale base giuridica del trattamento;

  • previo consenso e fino a sua opposizione: per attività di marketing diretto del Titolare, newsletter, ricerche di mercato o altre ricerche campionarie e vendita diretta per ricevere - tramite mezzi automatizzati posta elettronica, telefax, messaggi del tipo MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) o SMS (Short Message Service) o di altro tipo, nonché mediante telefonate tramite operatore e della posta cartacea - materiale informativo, per la rilevazione del grado di soddisfazione, materiale promozionale, commerciale e pubblicitario o inerente eventi ed iniziative, da parte del Titolare – consenso esplicito (art. 6 paragrafo 1 lett. a)) quale base giuridica del trattamento.

 

3. DESTINATARI O CATEGORIE DI DESTINATARI DEI DATI

I dati di natura personale forniti potranno essere comunicati a destinatari, che tratteranno i dati in qualità di responsabili (art. 28 del Reg. UE 2016/679) e/o in qualità di persone fisiche che agiscono sotto l’autorità del Titolare e del Responsabile (art. 29 del Reg. UE 2016/679), per le finalità sopra elencate al punto 2. Precisamente, i dati potranno essere comunicati a:

  • soggetti che forniscono servizi per la gestione del sistema informativo e delle reti di telecomunicazioni ivi compresa la posta elettronica, newsletter e gestione siti internet;

  • professionisti, studi o società nell'ambito di rapporti di assistenza e consulenza;

  • soggetti che collaborano con il Titolare del trattamento per attività di marketing diretto;

  • soggetti competenti per adempimenti di obblighi di leggi e/o di disposizioni di organi pubblici, su richiesta;

I soggetti appartenenti alle categorie suddette svolgono la funzione di Responsabile del trattamento dei dati, oppure operano in totale autonomia come distinti Titolari del trattamento. L’elenco dei Responsabili del trattamento è costantemente aggiornato e disponibile a chi ne fa richiesta scrivendo a info@mar-co.com.


4. TRASFERIMENTO DATI VERSO UN PAESE TERZO E/O UN’ORGANIZZAZIONE INTERNAZIONALE E GARANZIE

I dati di natura personale forniti potranno essere trasferiti in Paesi appartenenti all’Unione Europea e in Paesi Extra UE, al fine di ottemperare a finalità connesse sopra indicate. Qualora i dati fossero trasferiti, lo saranno sulla base dell’ Articolo 44 - Principio generale per il trasferimento; Articolo 45 - Trasferimento sulla base di una decisione di adeguatezza; Articolo 46 - Trasferimento soggetto a garanzie adeguate, nello specifico i dati trasferiti verso organizzazioni internazionali per cui la Commissione è intervenuta con una valutazione di adeguatezza (art. 45 Reg. 5. PERIODO DI CONSERVAZIONE DEI DATI O CRITERI PER DETERMINARE IL PERIODO
Il trattamento sarà svolto in forma automatizzata e manuale, con modalità e strumenti volti a garantire la massima sicurezza e riservatezza, ad opera di soggetti di ciò appositamente incaricati. Nel rispetto di quanto previsto dall’art. 5 comma 1 lett. e) del Reg. UE 2016/679 i dati personali raccolti verranno conservati in una forma che consenta l’identificazione degli interessati per un arco di tempo non superiore al conseguimento delle finalità per le quali i dati personali sono trattati. La conservazione dei dati di natura personale forniti dipende dalla finalità del trattamento:

6. NATURA DEL CONFERIMENTO E RIFIUTO

A parte quanto specificato per i dati di navigazione, l'utente è libero di fornire i dati personali. Il conferimento dei dati è facoltativo o necessario a seconda della specifica finalità per la quale il dato viene trattato. Il mancato conferimento dei dati contrassegnati come obbligatori nei rispettivi form di raccolta, comporterà l'impossibilità di ottenere quanto richiesto o di usufruire dei servizi del titolare del trattamento.


7. DIRITTI DEGLI INTERESSATI

2. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING

4. TRANSFER OF DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY AND / OR AN INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION AND GUARANTEES

5. PRESERVATION OF DATA OR CRITERIA FOR DETERMINING THE PERIOD

The processing will be carried out in an automated and manual way, with methods and tools aimed at guaranteeing maximum security and confidentiality, by persons specifically appointed for this purpose. In compliance with the provisions of art. 5 paragraph 1 letter. e) of the EU Regulation 2016/679 the personal data collected will be stored in a form that allows the identification of data subjects for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data are processed. The storage of personal data provided depends on the purpose of the processing:

Without prejudice to any other administrative and judicial appeal, if you believe that the processing of data concerning you violates the provisions of EU Reg. 2016/679, pursuant to art. 15 letter f) of the aforementioned EU Reg. 2016/679, you have the right to complain to the Guarantor for the protection of personal data and, with reference to art. 6 paragraph 1, letter a) and art. 9, paragraph 2, letter a), has the right to revoke the consent given at any time.
